Specialty Clinic/ OR Manager

Full-Time (80 hrs/pay period)

Persons Applying For This Position Must Possess The Following Qualifications

• BSN, MSN and/or ARNP preferred
• Current Iowa Nursing License required
• ACLS required
• OR and/or management experience preferred
• 5+ years nursing experience preferred
• Experience with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office
• Ability to supervise daily business operations and functions of Specialty Clinic and Surgical Department
• Must be trustworthy, reliable and self-motivated
• Able to communicate appropriately, both orally and written
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility in work environment, performing a variety of frequently changing tasks
• Confidentiality of medical, personal and financial information gained in position must be maintained according to hospital and departmental policy
